At Homz Products LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. Here’s everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  • We will provide a return shipping label

Important: Returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable products (e.g., food, beverages)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the return instructions above

  2. Place a new order for the replacement

This helps speed up the exchange process.


6. International Orders (EU Customers)

For orders to the European Union, you may return or cancel your order within 14 days for any reason.
Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase are required

This right is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

  • Additional time may be needed by your bank or credit card company
