  • Processing Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for order review and packaging.

  • Peak Seasons: Processing may extend up to 6 business days during high-demand periods (holidays or promotions).

  • Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $6.99 applies to all orders, regardless of location.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • United States: 8–14 business days

  • Canada / UK / Australia: 10–16 business days

  • Other International Locations: 14–21 business days

Note: Delays may occur during high-volume seasons or due to customs.

3. Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to reflect.

  • A delay in tracking doesn’t mean your order is lostβ€”it’s still on the way.

4. International Shipments & Customs

For orders outside your home country:

  • Shipments are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees are the customer's responsibility.

  • Homz Products LLC is not liable for delays caused by customs.

5. Changes or Cancellations

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase via:

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged or lost in transit:

  • Damaged Items: Contact us within 72 hours with a photo, and we’ll provide a free replacement.

  • Lost Packages: If confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement at no cost.
